  • Service Guarantee: Visionary Ventures guarantees the quality of its products and services. Any issues with product quality due to manufacturing defects will be addressed through repair or replacement, as deemed appropriate.
  • Limitation of Liability: Visionary Ventures is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages resulting from the use of our services. Liability is limited to the value of the services rendered.

5. Cancellations and Modifications

7. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any sensitive information shared during the course of the business relationship. This confidentiality obligation extends beyond the termination of the agreement.
